1General Terms & Conditions

By using 7kk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. The Platform cannot be used without agreeing to these terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

What You'll Need to Provide at Registration

Registration requires an active mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Your mobile number will be verified via OTP.

KYC (Identity Verification)

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by uploading a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawals cannot be processed without completed KYC. Verification is typically done within 24 hours.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must always be made from the account holder's own mobile banking.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash & Nagad; ৳200 via Rocket & Upay.
• No fees on deposits — every amount you send goes directly into your account.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers at 7kk are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Free Spins

• Free spins typically expire after 7 days.
• Winnings from free spins may also be subject to wagering requirements.
• Free spins are valid for specific games only and cannot be used on other games.

5Betting Rules

There are a few key rules to follow when betting at 7kk. These rules apply equally to all players.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. For live betting, make sure your bet is placed before the market closes.

Cancelled Matches & Events

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time (unless the outcome has already been determined), the bet may be voided.

Incorrect Odds

If abnormally high or low odds appear due to a technical error or human mistake, 7kk reserves the right to void or adjust bets accepted at those odds.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 7kk:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening or harassing any 7kk staff member.

7Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is 7kk's top priority. Data collected during registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement.

• Personal data is never sold to third parties.
• User information is never shared with any government body or third party unless required by law.

Closed or Suspended by 7kk

7kk may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
• If account information is proven to be false.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
